Magic of Simplicity

Picture
The service was simply lovely.  Our waiter did not pressure us to over order or buy the most complex (aka, pricey) item.  It was about the food and wine.

We ordered Peter's Breads, the Orecchiette, the Tarajin and Rapini.  The portions were light - but filling.  That was enough (with the full bottle of wine) for two without feeling stuffed.

What I Can Chew @ Home

I am learning to love Lemon.  I always think that everything needs rich sauces and rich ingredients.  Hands down the Orecchiette was my favorite thing!  It had very little sauce - but a freshness that came from the lemons.  There was probably more ratio of breadcrumbs than kale.  That I may shift around a bit.  Stay tuned!
